Habits, TV , games n social media

I was taught that when we memorized the Quran our daily habits n lifestyle will also enhance or decrease our memorization skills.

Little sins like accidentally see kissing scenes n all that may erase our efforts. The first glance is often not charged as sin (but does not mean we can prolong our first glance) …but the second glance n more will.

Also on social media the ads that potrayed sexy looking women n men can also affect our hifz. Games, instagram, tiktok n all the rampant myriad ads chosen for u may affect our hifz.

Just look away n say astaghfirullah. But best not to even turn on the tv or gadgets at all unless its for good like reading the Quran online.

Also when we choose to wake up for tahajjud , we may not be able to . Or we were not given the invitation.

So all 5 senses have to be filtered .Have to be present and aware of what we do daily.

And also, u may begin to notice that often what we think n say may manifest itself easily and effortlessly.

So beware of what word comes out of the mouth. Especially when we are emotional -angry, upset n more. As a mother,

I've known this gift is available to everyone especially mothers. Our words r dua n supplications especially relating to our kids. So speak good words of inspiration, empowerment, positivity and of love.

When angry or upset, its best to calm down first if too overwhelming like rage, take wudhu. Stay silent until we can utter non emotionally charged words.

With this gift being known and made aware that does not give us the right to use it irresponsibly like cursing others to death n more.

Everything has repercussion. Everything we do creates a ripple into the world and beyond.

So what do you want to ripple out ?

Fear or love?

Lack or abundance?

Complain or gratitude?

Think carefully when selecting your choice of words. In the modern spiritual world, law of Attraction (Universe) is a magnet. Whatever we think, say, believed to be true will be magnetised to us.

If u don't believe me, get a book entitled -the secret or the movie itself n read or watch and practise what was suggested. Ive witnessed a male principal of a prominent madrasah instil such steps for students to excel their exams with visualisations and more.

I have also personally magnetised my desired life outcome and goals. With that being said, of course its not all dreaming, wishing, visualizing and feeling but also actions have to be taken to get out of comfort zone and inspirational tasks need be done. And when we have done our bestest, we surrender everything to the Almighty.

This method was the first few that taught me to see the good in everything.

If you are like me, when young, i was taught more about sins, hellfire and punishments than heaven and rewards. Thus i have an idea that God is always watching and punishing. I grew up believing God is sadistic. He gets joy punishing us. Which is not true.

So by reading more of this positivity and self help books, i was able to correct any limitations I had believed and adopted.

And when we gets closer to the Quran, and God, when we do have some form of manifestation ability, do not think that we are special but do take it as a test. And not use it irresponsibly and bully others.

If we ever think we r better than others, we r going the wrong path of ego. So take note of our beliefs and self talk.

Hope these helps.

So we need to sync our habits and lifestyle well with our hifz. Not easy. For me, it was tough. As adults, we use entertainments a lot to wind down after a day of hard work. And now i have to select the best not just let the tv govern or played itself on their own popularity list/program or  ads playlist.

Take baby steps.

Have fun in this journey, warriors!

At-Taisir method : 30 days to memorise Quran

I've learnt lots from this video (below) . It's in Indonesian (Malay)... By Ustaz Adi Hidayat  I wanted to see his method in teaching his students hifz, using numbers.  1. And I learnt that those who memorise Quran are called hamilun Quran, pregnant with Quran. When we are pregnant, we take great care to ensure we eat halal, watch halal, speak Halal, listen Halal and more with our senses.  The same with Quran, when we memorised Quran, we have to take great care to ensure we are protecting Quran within us.  2. I learnt also that... to memorise Quran is not because we want to be hafiz but to memorise just because of Allah. That's it. Ikhlas. Or to be Hifz Teacher or to bring families to paradise etc.  Release all that.  Those are just bonus if Allah wants to gift to us.  https://youtu.be/AJOQrqJrSf4?si=qxI5kzKDcFJcGH3m 3. And if we have difficulty memorising the Quran, do not lose heart and assume that we are not capable but perhaps Allah wants to rewards us with more merits

Sura A'la helps to remember with God's will

I thought, I had completed Sura Jinn hifz by now. But I'm stuck.  For whatever reasons unknown to me, I can only memorised 7 ayat. Yes it has been marinating in me for so long.  I wallow in my sappy disappointment and it didn't help much. And so I forced myself and it is worse.  And so I took a longer break from my teacher.  It feels heavy too (as taught by my teacher, I have to ignore all these as excuses to stop hifz due to syaithan) but as an energy healing coach, I have to find out is it because of the energetic vibe of every sentence and it's meaning? I'm super sensitive. And so perhaps, I need to reflect more and deeper on them.  Anyway...  My hifz teacher taught me that challenges like this can be solved by holding/placing my hand on head (for brain actually) and recite Sura Al-A'la ayat 6 for 3 times: سنقرئك فلا تنسى Hope that helps.  Also, I have issues with my heart recently.... Just heaviness n extra heart activeness whenever I'm stressful to face th

Neglected Quranic verses

i used to be so afraid of forgetting the Quranic verses memorized that i actually slow down my pace when i was younger. Peeps wanted to complete within 1-3 years, i wanted 10-30 years. The fear of meeting up with God in the hereafter with incomplete forgotten Quranic verses and the punishments promised. Instead of getting heavenly crowns for my parents, i fear i get otherwise. (May Allah protect us all) Nevertheless, this time i resolute to do better insyaAllah with God’s guidance and permission.  This invitation is truly a gift like no other. I have shared my passion for hifz during my youths and not many want to do it. Perhaps the weight of it felt super huge and heavy for some.  From what Ive experienced, there is a fine line between heaven and hell for hifz students. For sure, we will be tested not just in hifz but in life itself and what we have memorised -how are we going to implement them in our lives? I was once a quranic teacher teaching both adults and youths the basic readi
